Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• 1-3 years Agricultural and/or mechanical experience preferred.
• Commercial Driver's License (Desired).
• Developed communication and people skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintenance and housekeeping of grain and agronomy equipment.
• Report problems and inventory to location manager.
• Monitor grain quality in bins and ensure proper storage.
• Move grain to and from facility as directed by managers.
• Load/unload customer trucks and wagons with grain and agronomy products.
• Load/unload company trucks with grain and agronomy products.
• Report fertilizer and chemical inventories to location manager.
• Mow, trim, and maintain facility and equipment.
• Assist in delivering fertilizer and chemicals to floater operators.
• Operate forklift in warehouse.
• Operate payloader, bobcat, tractor, and other company equipment as needed.
• Assist energy departments as assigned.
• Other duties as assigned.
