Formación

• 2-3 years of experience leading a team in a production or grain handling environment.
• Experience with safety programs and process improvement is required.
• Strong communication and training skills with SOP development.

Responsabilidades

• Prioritize and maintain a safe work environment aligned with safety priorities.
• Oversee all plant operations on off shifts and weekends as needed.
• Supervise an hourly crew of about 7 people.
• Train and develop SOPs and operating procedures.
• Ensure housekeeping, production, and quality meet plant needs.
• Coordinate with Operations, Maintenance, Health & Safety, and Plant Superintendent.
