• Train new employees and provide ongoing coaching and feedback to team members.
• Troubleshoot equipment and process issues, escalating complex problems to maintenance or engineering as needed.
• Track attendance, approve timecards, and participate in performance reviews.
• Lead daily shift meetings, communicate goals, and report on key metrics.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute ideas for greater efficiency.
• Ensure all documentation is accurate and up to date (logs, reports, etc.)
