This role combines hands-on production support with project coordination, production planning, and collaboration with creative and operations teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor digital production equipment used for customized products.
• Adjust machine settings and production parameters to ensure quality output.
• Coordinate with design and creative teams regarding artwork, layouts, patterns, and production specifications.
• Communicate design revisions and production requirements to ensure accurate execution.
• Support production scheduling and capacity planning to meet weekly output goals.
• Monitor production workflows and assist with prioritization of projects.
• Prepare files, materials, and production orders for daily processing.
• Track production progress, timelines, and completion status.
• Troubleshoot basic production issues and elevate concerns when needed.
• Maintain quality standards throughout the production process.
• Assist with inventory, materials coordination, and fulfillment preparation as needed.
• Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and scalability.

• Primarily office and production‑floor based
• Minimal physical lifting required
