Job Title: Production Specialist

Join our team as a Production Specialist and contribute to our manufacturing operations. This full-time, full-shift role involves working Monday through Friday from 2pm to 10pm, with shift differentials and potential overtime as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Follow all safety procedures associated with the machine center.
• Prepare bottom and top sheets for units and print load tags.
• Responsible for unitization according to customer specifications.
• Participate in quality checks as required.
• Work at a pace set by the machine operator to meet production schedules.
• Read and follow shop order instructions.
• Troubleshoot problems during production runs.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and housekeeping in the work area.
• Comply with all company policies and procedures.

Requirements/Qualifications:

• Previous experience in manufacturing or production preferred.
• Ability to work safely, adhering to all safety policies and procedures.
• Flexibility to work occasional shifts to support operational needs.
