  • Machine configuration and calibration to support production runs.
  • Input and manage production data in NetSuite and other proprietary software.
  • Apply LEAN principles to identify and resolve process discrepancies and improve efficiency.

Responsibilities: Phase 1: Production Specialist
  • Every team member begins their journey here, maintaining high quality through steady rhythm and precise handling:
  • Quality Assurance: Use refined fine motor skills, color differentiation, and a keen sense of touch to detect subtle material variations, determine precise cut points, and ensure products meet exacting standards.
  • Line Management: Simultaneously oversee 5 to 15 active production lines, maintaining an efficient pace while processing and packing finished goods.
  • As you progress, you will take on increased technical responsibility, focusing on equipment calibration and system optimization:
  • Machine Configuration: Apply mathematical calculations and logical problem-solving to set up complex machinery for production runs.
  • Digital Operations: Utilize NetSuite and proprietary software to input and manage production data.
  • Process Enhancement: Identify and resolve system discrepancies using LEAN manufacturing principles to maximize daily operational efficiency.
Skills:
  • A consistent and reliable professional working background. While manufacturing experience is a plus, we welcome candidates from any industry who can demonstrate a steady track record.
  • Comfortable navigating software interfaces and performing basic computer-based tasks.
  • A willingness to learn, embrace LEAN manufacturing culture, and rotate through different roles to support the team.
Qualifications:
  • This facility operates around the clock. You must be available to work any shift (1st, 2nd, or 3rd) as needed.
  • Excellent fine motor skills, the ability to distinguish between subtle color hues, and a highly developed sense of touch for quality monitoring.
  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Must have a valid driver's license and dependable transportation in order to demonstrate a reliable attendance record.
  • Ability to pass a comprehensive drug screening (must be THC negative).
