Job summary

Fourth Floor in New York is seeking a Production & Sourcing Manager to lead the end-to-end apparel production lifecycle in NYC. You will oversee multiple factories, manage international sourcing partners, and drive costings to balance price with quality.

This role requires travel and strong Excel skills, collaborating with Design, Sales, and QA teams to meet milestones and deliverables for knit and woven childrenswear.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of apparel production and sourcing experience.
• Strong background in children's apparel, including knits and wovens.
• Experience with denim and woven product is strongly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of overseas production, costing, sourcing, and vendor management.
• Experience managing high-volume product and complex production calendars.
• Excellent negotiation, organization, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities within a fast-paced environment.
• Strong proficiency in Excel.
• Experience working with major retailers or mass-market accounts is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with factories, vendors, and suppliers.
• Troubleshoot production challenges and proactively identify solutions.
• Travel internationally to factories and sourcing partners as needed.

Salary: $120,000k-$130,000k commensurate with experience
