Adelante-Development-Center in Albuquerque is seeking a Production Skills Trainer to support adults with disabilities in building independence and daily living skills. You will work one-on-one to teach vocational techniques and track progress toward personal goals.

Responsibilities include documentation, participation in assessments, and collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to ensure client success. A high school diploma and 2 years of general work experience are preferred.

Competenze

• High School Diploma or equivalent; post-secondary preferred.
• Two years general work experience.
• Experience working with developmental disabilities preferred.
• Ability to read and write English to interpret procedures and instructions.
