Job summary

Cima Network in Chalfont, PA is seeking full-time shop staff for its Channel Letter department. This hands-on role involves assisting production, preparing materials, operating tools, and assembling aluminum components in a team setting.

You must be mechanically inclined with the ability to lift heavy materials, follow safety rules, and contribute to a clean, organized workspace. GED or high school diploma required; driver’s license preferred.

• Must have the ability to lift and maneuver heavy materials throughout the shop and adjacent outside areas.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand; walk; work with their hands handle, or feel, whether directly manipulating components or using controls on an assembly machine. Employee must be able to talk or hear over shop noise. Employee must be able to stand for extended periods of time at worktables. The employee is occasionally required to reach with hands and arms; climb or balance; and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. The employee must regularly lift and/or move 50 to 75 pounds and move it for at least 50 feet. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
