Cima Network, Inc. designs, fabricates, and installs high-quality signage for diverse clients. We seek a motivated Custom Sign Mechanic II to join our shop team and drive fabrication from concept to finished sign.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in sign fabrication, strong CNC and welding skills, and the ability to read technical drawings and work safely in a fast-paced environment. Join us for hands-on projects and collaborative problem solving.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; vocational training preferred.
• 3–5 years in sign fabrication or related field.
• Proficiency with CNC equipment and fabrication tools.
• Advanced knowledge of materials and fabrication techniques.
• Ability to lift 50–75 pounds and work in a shop environment.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret detailed technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications.
• Fabricate sign components from metals, acrylics, and composites.
• Operate CNC machines to cut, route, and shape materials.
• Weld and solder components as needed.
• Apply finishes and coatings to sign surfaces.
• Conduct quality inspections on fabricated components.
• Collaborate with designers and engineers to troubleshoot design issues.
