Job summary

Fusion Sign & Design LLC is an industry leading electrical signage manufacturer/contractor. You will work with low voltage electricity in the assembly of commercial signs and collaborate with the production team to meet daily targets.

Essential duties include assembling components, reading schematics, soldering and wiring, and ensuring compliance with UL requirements. This role requires manual dexterity, the ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and willingness to overtime when needed.

Qualifications

• Manufacturing environment experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to read and follow shop travelers and assembly instructions.
• Lift up to 50 lbs.

• Dependable with good attendance.
• Ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

Position Summary:

Fusion Sign & Design LLC is an industry leading electrical signage manufacturer/contractor. You will work with low voltage electricity in the assembly of commercial signs. This position will work in conjunction with the production team.

Essential Duties/Responsibilities:

• Produce components by assembling parts and subassemblies.
• Reads and deciphers schematics, blueprints, and assembly instructions.
• Soldering, led assembly, wiring, and packaging.
• Positions or aligns components and parts, either manually or with a hoist.
• Use hand tools or machines to assemble parts.
• Understand and comply with UL rules pertaining to the job being worked on.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities (minimum qualifications):

• Starting at 6 months experience working in a manufacturing environment desired, but not necessary.
• Ability to use basic power and hand tools and general shop equipment.
• Be able to lift up to 50lbs.
• Be able to meet production demands.
• Be able to work independently.
• Be dependable, report to work on time, willing to work overtime when required.
• Be able to read and understand Shop Travelers and follow verbal instructions.
