Job summary

Second Story Promotions seeks a Production Assistant to support the Production Coordinator in moving customer apparel and merchandise through the production workflow. You will sort orders, stage items for decoration, and assist with shipping, receiving, and general warehouse tasks to keep operations efficient.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ years of warehouse, shipping/receiving, or distribution experience preferred.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.

Responsibilities

• Sort apparel and merchandise by order, size, and style under supervision.
• Stage goods for decoration, shipping, or inventory as directed.
• Assist with packing and staging outbound shipments for decorator handoff.
• Help with loading/unloading decorator drop-offs and pickups and verify quantities/quality on return.
• Support unloading inbound shipments and preparing outbound orders.
• Maintain a clean, organized, safe warehouse area and assist with periodic inventory counts.
