Qualifications

Job description

We’re looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented Product Development & Production Assistant to support a fast-paced apparel team.

This role partners closely with the Product Development/Production Manager, supporting the product creation process from inception through bulk shipment. The ideal candidate is proactive, comfortable working with data and systems, and ready to jump in where needed to keep product information, samples, and development timelines moving forward.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive, organize, and track incoming packages, submits, and samples.
• Check samples against records and flag discrepancies.
• Maintain tracking documents, charts, and development systems.
• Support factory communication, including documentation, comments, and requests.
• Attend fittings on behalf of the manager as needed.
• Support PLM and ERP data entry, data pulls, and general data management.
• Use Excel to track and report product and development information.
