Job summary

This hands-on role connects Sales, Production, Inventory, and Shipping to keep orders accurate and on schedule, while providing responsive support to customers.

Responsibilities include managing ERP production jobs, coordinating materials and shipments, and resolving issues to meet deadlines.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s preferred.
• 2+ years in production coordination, logistics, shipping, or manufacturing support.
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, or similar).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word).
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage and track production jobs in the ERP system.
• Ensure orders are released, scheduled, and moving through production.
• Coordinate materials, job flow, and priorities to meet deadlines.
• Create and manage production and shipping documentation.
• Schedule shipments, process manifests, and track deliveries.
• Resolve shipping issues (delays, damages, shortages).
• Communicate order and delivery status to customers and internal teams.

We are seeking a motivated Production & Shipping Coordinator to coordinate our production and shipping operations, ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment, and deliver exceptional customer service.

Tucker Door & Trim is a respected distributor and manufacturer of doors, windows, and specialty millwork serving the construction industry. As we expand, we’re seeking a reliable, hands‑on leader to join our Richmond Team.This role connects Sales, Production, Inventory, and Shipping to ensure orders are accurate, on schedule, and delivered successfully.

What You’ll Need

• High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s preferred)
