Responsibilities

• Manage and track production jobs in the ERP system.

• Create and manage production and shipping documentation.
• Schedule shipments, process manifests, and track deliveries.
• Resolve shipping issues (delays, damages, shortages).
• Communicate order and delivery status to customers and internal teams.

We’re growing—and looking for a strong Production & Shipping Coordinator to keep production moving and delivering on time! Tucker Door & Trim is a respected distributor and manufacturer of doors, windows, and specialty millwork serving the construction industry. As we expand, we’re seeking a reliable, hands‑on leader to join our Richmond Team. This role connects Sales, Production, Inventory, and Shipping to ensure orders are accurate, on schedule and delivered successfully.

• $25/hr to $30/hr (depending on experience)

What You’ll Need

• High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s preferred)
• 2+ years experience in production coordination, logistics, shipping, or manufacturing support
