thyssenkrupp rothe erde is seeking a Shift Supervisor to ensure daily production operations run safely and efficiently. You will supervise personnel, monitor performance against targets, and ensure adherence to work instructions and safety standards while maintaining proper equipment use and maintenance.

Daily, weekly, and monthly reporting is required. You will lead by setting expectations, coordinating with support teams, and implementing improvements to tooling and processes to meet

Competenze

• High school diploma or GED plus three years of related experience required.
• Ability to read and interpret documents and manuals.
• Ability to solve practical problems and work with varied personalities using emotional intelligence.

Mansioni

• Supervise day-to-day production operations and personnel to meet targets.
• Communicate expectations, plan, monitor, and appraise production work and KPI data.
• Enforce policies, procedures, and safety standards; manage disciplinary actions when needed.
• Provide reports for production control meetings and status updates on orders.
• Ensure availability of materials, tools, and instructions for setup and run of jobs.
• Coordinate with plant manager and other departments on issues affecting production.
