Job summary

thyssenkrupp rothe erde is seeking a Shift Supervisor to ensure daily safe and efficient management of the production facility. You will supervise operations, assign work to machines, and maintain adherence to safety and quality standards.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED and at least three years of related experience. Export control requirements apply and strong disciplinary procedures may be used as needed.

Responsibilities

• Ensure day-to-day safe and efficient management of the production facility.

• Maintain safety, quality, health, and environmental compliance.
• Complete daily, weekly, monthly reporting as required.
• Communicate changes affecting production commitments and provide status updates.
