Krispy Kreme Doughnut Corporation in Murfreesboro, TN is seeking a Shift Supervisor to oversee daily shop operations, ensure safety, cleanliness, quality and speed, and partner with the leadership team to deliver a WOW experience for our customers.

You will lead a high‑performing team of hourly Team Members, assist with scheduling and training, and foster an inclusive culture where every employee feels valued and empowered.

Qualifications

• Two years of relevant experience
• 1 year of experience supervising a team
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
• Has a steadfast commitment to nurture an equitable, unbiased culture where our peeps are empowered to showcase their originality.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Travel Requirements: 0-10%
• Must be authorized to work in the US without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Lead the day-to-day operational excellence of the shop.
• Manage the flow of service to ensure the highest levels of safety, cleanliness, quality, and speed.
• Help build and lead high performance team of hourly Team Members.
• Assist AM/GM with scheduling, onboarding, training, and shop tours.
• Provide exceptional customer service to guests by nurturing a culture where all people know that their wonderfully original identities are welcomed & loved.
