Job summary

Saint-Gobain is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead a unionized hourly workforce in a 24/7 manufacturing environment at the K2 operation. You will drive safety, quality, and productivity while ensuring adherence to schedules and KPIs. The role emphasizes coaching, training, and team development.

The ideal candidate has a BS in a technical field and 3–5 years of supervisory experience in continuous process manufacturing, with strong communication and leadership skills to manage a diverse team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level technical degree or equivalent experience required.
• Proven ability to lead a unionized workforce and manage teams.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervise a unionized hourly workforce per the Collective Bargaining Agreement.
• Identify opportunities to improve safety, quality, productivity, and labor efficiency.
• Enter job data into IN4.0RM and complete daily production reports.
• Maintain time, attendance, payroll data and coach team members as needed.
• Ensure safety policies are followed and promote a strong safety culture.
• Ensure all quality specifications are met and maintained.
