Marvin Composites, LLC. Roanoke-based pultrusion facility seeks a Production Shift Supervisor to lead a 12-hour night shift and drive safety, quality, and productivity.

You will coach associates, assign work, monitor metrics and ensure on-time delivery while reinforcing Marvin's culture and values. The role requires 3+ years of supervisory experience in manufacturing, at least a two-year degree, and strong communication and problem-solving skills.

The Shift Supervisor is responsible for developing associates, assigning work for effective shift performance, and driving results across key metrics including safety, quality, productivity, retention, and turnover. This role also supports associate's progression through the Skill Level Development program and is expected to lead by example as a visible and accountable leader on the floor.**Schedule:*** **12hr Rotating Night Shift:** 6:30 PM - 6:45 AM+ Week 1 (36hrs): Sun, Wed, Thur+ Week 2 (48hrs): Mon, Tues, Fri, Sat+ Enjoy a 3-day weekend every other week!
