Job summary

Maverik Oils is seeking a production associate to ensure safe production, storage, and distribution of quality food products. You will follow company policies, inform management of any safety or quality concerns, and report to the Plant Operations Manager.

Responsibilities include equipment setup, loading/unloading materials, maintaining cleanliness, GMP adherence, waste handling, and shift flexibility based on production needs. This role is on-site at the Rossville facility.

Responsibilities

• Takes instructions from supervisors.
• Set up/Start up and stop of equipment.
• Load and unload items from machines, pallets and totes.
• Ensure conformance to specifications.
• Turn valves to regulate flow of liquids.
• Pull damaged or ineffective equipment off the line and notify supervisor for repair.
• Performs daily and weekly tasks assigned by the manager, supervisor or lead and follows the efficiencies plans for the department.
• Maintains working areas and tools neat and organized.
• Ensures compliance of GMP’s, QC and Safety Policy and Procedures.
• Handles and disposes waste according to our safety, food safety and operational standards.
• Flexible to vary work shifts dependent upon production and staffing needs.
