Job summary

Qualifications

• Two or more years of experience in all areas of plant production work.
• Ability to instruct and train production staff.
• Comply with safety and quality requirements.

Responsibilities

• Assist supervisors in the operations of shift production.
• Instruct and train production employees in care and safe operation of equipment.
• Review records and procedures to ensure proper use of time and materials; inspect products for quality.
• Maintain equipment in good operating condition; enforce safety policies and procedures.
• Plan and adjust work assignments to cover all production phases.
• Maintain cleanliness of work area and ensure compliance with company rules and policies.
• Complete any required courses and participate in ongoing training to uphold quality and safety standards.
