Job summary

RMF is seeking a Lead Supervisor to oversee production lines in a high-volume manufacturing environment. You will schedule production and personnel, supervise shift teams, ensure safety, and drive quality control with 5S practices and process discipline.

You will review work orders, manage downtime, and lead 8D problem-solving activities, while working with HR and management on hiring, training, and performance reviews. Experience required: 3 years supervising.

Qualifications

• 3 years of supervising in a high-volume manufacturing environment.
• Strong leadership and team coordination abilities.
• Proven problem-solving and corrective action skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise production lines and shift teams to meet schedule.
• Ensure safety, quality, and 5S housekeeping across assigned area.
• Review and sign-off on work orders and maintain accurate ERP records.
