Job summary

TOPS Products LLC is seeking a dependable Shift Lead - Quality & Safety to support daily quality and safety activities within our Florence, SC manufacturing facility. This role focuses on ensuring products meet quality standards and employees follow safety procedures to maintain a safe, efficient work environment.

You will monitor processes, conduct inspections, lead safety meetings, and coach staff on quality expectations.

Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing experience required.
• Experience in quality control, safety, or a lead role preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to lead and influence employees while promoting teamwork.
• Basic computer skills and ability to maintain accurate records.
• Knowledge of OSHA safety practices and quality standards preferred.

Responsibilities
