Job summary

Caliberr Staffing seeks a Production Team Lead to partner with the Production Supervisor and oversee daily floor operations, driving safety, quality, and throughput. You will coordinate shifts, manage raw material workflows, and champion continuous improvement across the facility.

Responsibilities include safeguarding GMP and food safety standards, maintaining ERP/WMS data integrity, and leading cross-functional teams to optimize line performance and waste reduction.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Proven track record in a leadership or project management capacity.
• Strong proficiency in production reporting and inventory management systems.
• Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks and resolve operational issues effectively.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily shift operations to ensure all production lines meet safety, quality, and output standards.
• Facilitate seamless shift handovers by communicating key challenges, production opportunities, and line status updates.
• Conduct regular floor walkthroughs to verify adherence to safety protocols, housekeeping standards, and quality compliance.
• Manage raw material inventory, including inspection and staging, to support efficient production changeovers.
• Perform initial quality assessments post-changeover to minimize waste and prevent non-conforming product.
• Maintain data integrity within ERP and Warehouse Management Systems to ensure accurate tracking of discrete jobs and bills of materials.
• Analyze production downtime using efficiency tools and implement escalation procedures to optimize line performance.
• Uphold rigorous Food Safety Standards and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) throughout the facility.
