Job summary

Natural Choice Foods is seeking a Production Shift Lead for the second shift to guide the Repack department, set up equipment, and ensure on-floor execution. You will supervise teams, follow SOPs, safety rules, and drive daily operations to align with production goals.

You will mentor staff, monitor quality, waste, and counts, coordinate with other departments, and support continuous improvement through coaching and data-driven decisions.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; advanced degree preferred.
• 3-5 years of hands-on supervisory experience.
• Knowledge of Lean/Six Sigma methodologies and processes.
• Ability to train and develop leads and staff.
• Strong written and verbal communication and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Lead the repack department on the floor; supervise shifts and scheduling.
• Ensure products meet customer specs; monitor quality, waste, counts, and weights.
• Coordinate with other departments; provide coaching and performance feedback.
• Drive continuous improvement; implement cost-reduction and efficiency initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards (FDA/USDA/GMP/OSHA).
