Job summary

Müller Severnside is seeking a Production Shift Lead to drive performance on our 4 on 4 off (2 days, 2 nights) shifts at the Severnside Depot. You will coach frontline teams, deliver development plans and use PDCA to achieve “100 year fix” improvements.

• Experience in Food Production or FMCG background.
• Strong people management and coaching skills.

Responsibilities

• Creating and delivering development plans.
• Coaching front line team members and enabling problem solving.
• Ensures activities align with business objectives.
• People management including performance reviews, development and coaching.
• Collaboratively works with other teams to improve business.
• Promotes operational excellence using PDCA and identifies waste.
