Job summary

Radius Packaging is seeking a hands-on Night Shift Supervisor to lead production teams on our 12-hour rotational schedule in Delavan, WI. You will report to the Plant Manager and own shift-level performance across Safety, Quality, OEE, Material Yield and Member Engagement, coaching on the floor and driving results.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or 3–5 years manufacturing leadership (plastics preferred).
• Experience leading continuous improvement (CI) programs.
• Proficient with ERP/MRP systems and MS Office.
• Strong communication and coaching mindset.
• Ability to stand, lift up to 50 lbs, and work in varying temperatures.

Responsibilities

• Lead production teams on the floor and coach colleagues to improve safety, quality, and throughput.
• Oversee staffing, labor planning, and task assignments for shifts.
• Drive real-time results and ownership of shift-level performance across five pillars.
• Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, and HR for continuous improvement initiatives (6S, safety).
• Manage onboarding, training, and compliance with Food Safety and GMP standards.
