Job summary

Tellus Products, LLC is seeking a full-time Production Shift Lead to assist in supervising operations across Fiber, Molding and Packaging. This role may cover for the Shift Supervisor and ensures daily duties are completed accurately.

Qualifications include high school diploma or GED, forklift certification, and prior Fiber or Molding experience. Strong communication, organization, and reliability are required to effectively lead the team.

Qualifications

• Must have prior experience in Fiber and/or Molding roles.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Be flexible, reliable and well organized.
• Good verbal, reading, writing and basic math skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure quality standards are met and upheld.
• Ability to cover for Shift Supervisor when needed.
• Complete and send out all shift related reports.
• Motivate, lead and manage your team and ensure all duties are performed accurately.
• Report major discrepancies to management (process, safety or personnel).
• Help Shift Supervisor with attendance, tardiness, breaks and time off.
