Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent; manufacturing education is a plus.
• Forklift certification preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in packaging or warehouse.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Be flexible, reliable and well organized.
• Good verbal, reading, writing and basic math skills.
• Physically able to work in various positions and lift 25–60 pounds.
• This position requires weekend/holiday availability as needed.

Responsibilities

• Organize products at the beginning of the shift and establish order of operations per position by SKU.
• Lead operations of the Motus cart unloader, Lantech case erector and sealer, BMG baggers, Videojet printers, and Mettler Toledo metal detectors.
• Understand SKU dimensions, run rates and packing requirements.
• Validate metal detector operations and hourly checks; report issues to Production Supervisor.
• Check each product prior to packing for non-conforming issues and notify if not meeting Tellus quality standards.
• Create pallet labels for each pallet.
• Assist with loading/unloading trucks if Warehouse Associate is not present.
• Ensure the correct Lot Code is printed on all cases.
• Complete all standard work and report equipment/process discrepancies.
• Adhere to GMP and safety rules; wear PPE and identify hazards.
• Any other tasks as assigned.
