Job summary

PAC Worldwide is seeking a Production Shift Supervisor to manage daily production processes and lead a team across multiple departments. You will ensure safety, quality, and efficiency while aligning with company policies and performance goals.

The role requires strong leadership, detailed orientation, and the ability to collaborate with HR and other departments to staff and develop production personnel. Monday–Friday shift and a focus on continuous improvement are offered.

Qualifications

• Must have strong personal leadership and communication abilities.
• Must possess excellent attention to detail, problem solving and follow-up with a strong sense of urgency and time management skills
• One to two years of related experience and/or training
• Two or more years of lead/supervisory experience

Responsibilities

• Review daily production schedule, plan work and personnel assignments and clearly delegate tasks.
• Supervise and develop teamwork attitude among assigned personnel to meet performance goals.
• Maintain good housekeeping and follow safety policies.
• Maintain adherence to customer specifications and utilize PAC’s Quality Management System for handling deviations.
• Maintain team member proficiency by utilizing Learning & Development processes and resources.
• Strategically plan and collaborate with Human Resources to staff for current and future production personnel needs.
• Interview applicants for department jobs and assist with orientation of new hires and their safety training.
• Conduct introductory and annual performance reviews of department employees and recommend performance actions.
• Communicate updates and metrics to appropriate Department Managers.
• Anticipate delays in shift operations and take action to meet schedule completion.
• Uphold company values and conduct in line with employee relations policies.
• Empower others to study operations where cost standards are not met and apply corrective measures.
• Other duties as assigned
