Job summary

Qualifications

• Degree level qualification or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 2–3 years of manufacturing experience.
• 1–2 years as a people leader or team lead.

Responsibilities

• Facilitates daily activities related to the manufacture of components and/or finished product in the department.
• Provides leadership and motivation to technical and hourly associates to achieve quality, quantity, service and cost targets safely.
• Reports directly to the Departmental Lead Business Unit Leader.
