Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations or related field.
• 15+ years total manufacturing experience.
• 5+ years in Operations Management.
• 5+ years cross-functional experience in Quality, Engineering, Supply Chain, Continuous Improvement, or Finance.

Responsibilities

• Leads development, execution and monitoring of operations to achieve safety, quality, and delivery goals.
• Promotes an inclusive, speak-up culture and BD Production System.
• Drives safety improvements, quality initiatives, and cost reductions.
• Oversees annual budgets, goals, and cross-department collaboration.
