GALLS, LLC is seeking a Tailor/Seamstress (Production Associate) to alter uniforms and equipment for public safety professionals. You will ensure precise measurements and fittings so wearers look sharp and professional, supporting our production and value-added service teams.

The role requires reading work instructions, operating heat presses, and performing sewing tasks with accuracy, reliability, and strong attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in alterations preferred; training provided by GALLS.
• Ability to read/interpret work instructions in English.

Responsabilités

• Read and accurately identify the customer’s needs per the Work Instruction Document.
• Take necessary measurements and mark garments for alterations, with the ability to problem-solve sizing issues.
• Operate a heat press safely and efficiently.
• Perform uniform sewing, alterations, and embellishments with accuracy and efficiency.
• Operate industrial sewing machinery and meet production deadlines.
