Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Strong organization, communication, and time-management skills.
• Ability to perform hands-on shipping duties and operate equipment.
• Follow safety procedures and warehouse protocols.

Responsibilities

• Enter production data timely and accurately.
• Develop, maintain, and update daily production schedules.
• Monitor progress and adjust schedules to meet delivery commitments.
• Coordinate with Pattern Shop, Shipping, Quality, Customer Service, and others.
• Conduct monthly inventory cycle counts.
• Coordinate and schedule truck pickups, deliveries, and loads.
• Weigh, verify shipment information, and assist with loading/unloading trucks.
