Qualifications

• Ability to perform hands-on shipping duties, including weighing materials and loading/unloading trucks.
• Ability to operate material-handling equipment, such as a forklift or pallet jack.
• Ability to follow safety requirements.

Responsibilities

• Enter production data in a timely, accurate, and complete manner.
• Develop, maintain, and update daily production schedules.
• Monitor production progress and adjust schedules to meet delivery commitments.
• Coordinate with cross-functional departments to promote efficient workflow and clear communication.
• Conduct monthly inventory cycle counts to support inventory accuracy.
• Other duties as assigned.
• Coordinate and schedule truck pickups, deliveries, and loads.
• Verify shipment information is accurate (quantities, part numbers, weights).
• Weigh boxes, containers, pallets, and maintain shipping records.
• Assist with loading and unloading trucks.
