Shoreline Container is seeking a Production Scheduling Support Coordinator in Michigan to ensure 100% on-time delivery and efficient operations. You will connect Production, Scheduling, Quality and other departments to optimize resources and continuously improve processes.

This leadership development role offers exposure to production planning, manufacturing operations, quality systems, and cross-functional collaboration while building problem-solving, communication, and decision-making skills

Qualifications

• Strong organizational skills and multi-priority management.
• Effective written and verbal communication.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office or similar software.
• Ability to learn ERP/MRP and quality management systems.
• Proactive problem-solving mindset and adaptability.
• Collaborative across departments in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and adjust daily and weekly production schedules to support on-time delivery.
• Coordinate schedules around customer needs, capacity, staffing, materials, and priorities.
• Monitor progress, communicate changes, and resolve scheduling delays.
• Partner with Production, Customer Service, Purchasing, Maintenance, Quality and others to keep operations moving.
• Use ERP/MRP and other systems to maintain schedules and track performance.
• Identify bottlenecks and propose practical workflow improvements.
• Support Quality Systems documentation and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Assist with calibration records and quality audits.
