Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and detail orientation.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Effective written and verbal communication.
• Basic to intermediate computer skills; MS Office.
• Ability to learn ERP/MRP and quality systems.
• Proactive problem-solving mindset and adaptability.
• Collaborative across multiple departments in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and adjust daily and weekly production schedules to support 100% on-time delivery and efficient operations.
• Coordinate schedules around customer needs, capacity, staffing, materials, equipment, and priorities.
• Monitor production progress, communicate schedule changes, and help resolve delays or scheduling challenges.
• Partner with Production, Customer Service, Purchasing, Maintenance, Quality, and other departments to keep operations moving.
• Use ERP/MRP and other business systems to maintain accurate schedules, update production information, and track performance.
• Identify bottlenecks and recommend practical solutions to improve workflow, productivity, and efficiency.
