Job summary

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• Strong listening and verbal communication skills with good organizational abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; familiarity with SAP and POMs.

Responsibilities

• Assure accurate and timely documentation/record keeping.
• Communicate issue or potential issues to supervisor.
• Provide customer service to meet production schedule needs.
• Process order creation.
• Process order allocation.
• Process order release.
• Preparation or verification of the Production batch record packet.
• Manage and update the Master Index for the department.
• Create and maintain area BOPs.
