Job summary

The ideal candidate holds a PMP or equivalent, with 5+ years of project leadership, strong communications, and proficiency with MS Project or Smartsheet.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Project Management or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience leading cross-functional projects.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously (~5).
• Strong communication, leadership and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency with project management tools (MS Project, Smartsheet) and BI platforms (Salesforce).
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project execution from demand planning to delivery.
• Collaborate with Sales, Operations, Supply Chain, and other teams to align project goals.
• Develop and manage detailed project plans, schedules and resources.
• Identify, communicate, and mitigate project risks and issues.
• Provide regular executive updates and cross-functional briefings.
• Drive continuous improvement and timely decision-making for EPC accounts.
