Job summary

Neovia Logistics seeks a Production & Materials Planner to coordinate material flow within a centralized kitting and warehouse operation, supporting three manufacturing plants. You will link Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Procurement, Transportation, and Warehouse Ops to insure material availability and on-time kit delivery.

Responsibilities include developing schedules, prioritizing kit builds, managing inventory and replenishment, and reporting KPIs via ERP, Excel, and Power BI.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required.
• 3+ years in production, materials, or supply planning or manufacturing operations.
• Experience supporting multi-site manufacturing environments.
• Advance Excel skills including Pivot Tables, Power Query, and XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP.
• Strong analytical, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Oracle ERP experience preferred.
• Apriso MES experience preferred.
• APICS/CPIM/CSCP certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop daily, weekly, and monthly production and kitting schedules for three plants.
• Convert forecasts, demand, and schedules into executable warehouse work plans.
• Prioritize and sequence kit builds based on manufacturing needs.
• Ensure material availability through inventory and replenishment planning.
• Monitor inbound shipments and coordinate expedites for shortages.
• Release and prioritize work orders for warehouse and kitting ops.
• Use ERP and MES to manage schedules, inventory, and reports.
• Collaborate with Procurement, Manufacturing, Transportation, and Warehouse teams.
• Analyze inventory levels, safety stock, and replenishment requirements.
• Communicate shortages, risks, and recovery plans to leadership.
• Support S&OP, production meetings, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Develop KPI reporting and dashboards using ERP, Excel, or Power BI.

This position serves as the primary link between Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Procurement, Transportation, and Warehouse Operations to ensure material availability, production continuity, and on-time kit delivery to various manufacturing plants.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
