Stolle Machinery Company is seeking a Production Planner to manage schedules for manufactured and purchased items. You will create detailed production schedules and shop orders, identify shortages, and coordinate releases across ERP processes, Expeditor, Purchasing, and Production Management.

You will monitor stock movement, update orders promptly, and help ensure timely on-time delivery for assigned projects while supporting continuous improvement in planning efficiency.

Qualifications

• Must have a production planning background with ability to read engineering drawings and BOMs.
• Experience using ERP/MRP systems in a manufacturing environment.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office; Oracle experience is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Create the production schedule for assigned projects with input from Production Management.
• Create shop orders and release them with assembly/production dates after engineering release.
• Monitor shortages, coordinate with Expeditor and Purchasing for delivery dates.
• Update shop orders for schedule changes and communicate via ERP system.
• Coordinate assembly staging schedules 1–3 days out to support build capacity.
• Review stock returns and initiate ECRs as appropriate.
