Job summary

Brand Junkie is seeking a Production Coordinator in Cypress, TX to plan and track orders through our decoration operations. You will maintain schedules up to two weeks in advance, prepare files for operators, and move orders into staging at required machines.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–2 years in production coordination or similar operational role preferred.
• Experience with embroidery, screen printing, or apparel decoration preferred.
• Experience using an ERP/production management system; Acumatica experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Identify production‑ready orders and schedule work up to two weeks in advance.
• Assign scheduled orders to embroidery or screen print machines and adjust as production needs change.
• Update order status and production information in Acumatica and other systems as work progresses.
• Maintain organized production records and digital files for quick access.
• Coordinate with Order Processing or Production Art for missing files or instructions.
• Monitor production progress and report status daily.
