Job summary

The candidate should have 1–3 years of scheduling experience, strong math and communication skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and manufacturing software. Training is available for the right candidate.

Qualifications

• Three years of production scheduling experience preferred.
• Must be detail-oriented and able to multitask with deadlines.
• Strong math and communication skills.
• Proficiency with ERP and manufacturing software is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Schedules production and expedites the flow of materials to meet delivery dates.
• Meet daily production targets to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Analyze production documents and issue work orders to maintain standard part inventory.
• Use data analysis to support raw material planning and finished goods fulfillment.
• Create production schedule and prioritize job-orders for production optimization.
• Follow-up with all teams to expedite flow of materials and documents to meet schedule.
