• Ability to prepare accurate reports and maintain detailed records.

• Adaptability to changing business conditions and priorities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain production schedules based on demand, inventory, and capacity.
• Source and purchase raw materials and components for manufacturing operations.
• Monitor inventory levels to ensure uninterrupted production and minimize excess stock.
• Coordinate with Production, Engineering, Sales, Purchasing and Quality teams to resolve constraints.
• Establish strong supplier relationships to ensure quality, service and on-time delivery.
• Forecast material requirements and optimize scheduling decisions from data.
• Identify and resolve issues impacting schedules, such as shortages or delays.
• Track purchase orders, deliveries, backorders, and inventory transactions.
• Prepare reports on purchasing activity, inventory levels, supplier performance, and scheduling metrics.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives in inventory management and cost reduction.
