Job summary

American Greetings in Greeneville, TN is seeking a Scheduler/Planning Coordinator to align capacity with demand and develop the master production schedule. You will analyze forecasts, coordinate with sales, product management, sourcing, and operations to ensure the production plan meets customer expectations in a cost-efficient way.

You will lead the facility's planning group, manage shop priorities, and build strong partnerships across functions while using ERP/MRP systems to optimize material

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain or related field.
• APICS CPIM or CSPC certification preferred.
• Five years of progressive supply chain experience.
• Advanced Excel skills required.
• Experience with Oracle ERP preferred.
• Knowledge of Six Sigma principles.

Responsibilities

• Gathers forecast, capacity, and constraints data to develop a master schedule.
• Leads Sales Inventory and Operations Planning process and coordinates with sales, marketing & product management.
• Collaborates with internal/external partners to communicate the master schedule.
• Ensures material plans support the master schedule with sourcing buy plans.
• Leads the planning group to meet delivery dates by managing shop priorities.
• Builds partnerships across functions to manage demand planning.
