Job summary

You will perform grid edits, data entry, and prepare production paperwork including change orders, while researching system improvements. This role requires prior manufacturing scheduling experience and strong math/Excel skills.

You will attend backorder and production meetings, troubleshoot issues, and maintain accurate records. Weekend work may be necessary as business needs arise.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required, some college preferred.
• Proficient in upper-level mathematics and Excel.
• Prior scheduling experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Data entry and customer service experience.
• Ten-key by touch and general computer literacy.

Responsibilities

• Support scheduling and production functions with a variety of tasks.
• Handle grid edits, data entry, and production paperwork like change orders.
• Administer change orders and backorder resolutions; review delivery dates.
• Attend Backorder and Production meetings to assist issue resolution.
• Troubleshoot backorder, waste, and system issues as they arise.
• Maintain accurate grid edit data and related records.
• Perform daily grid edits to improve production efficiencies.
• Execute approved customer change orders and ensure follow-up.
