Job summary

Weber Specialties Company in Michigan is seeking a Production Scheduler to maintain the production schedule, ensure material requirements, and meet customer needs. Overtime including weekends may be required.

You will respond to sales inquiries, enter time sheets in the ERP system, coordinate pickups for outside services, release and schedule jobs, and track on-time delivery on a daily basis. This role requires attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or three years of related experience, or equivalent combination.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules and procedures; write routine reports and correspondence.
• ERP system proficiency; MRP experience helpful.

Responsibilities

• Maintain production schedule daily and coordinate with material requirements to meet customer needs.
• Respond to sales inquiries and expedite production orders and incoming material.
• Enter time sheets into ERP daily to track labor; monitor on-time delivery metrics.
