Job summary

Oldcastle Infrastructure, a CRH company, is seeking a Production Scheduler at our Stone Mountain, GA facility to manage production planning and scheduling. You will coordinate with Sales, Purchasing, Printing and Dispatch to meet delivery commitments and optimize material flow.

Responsibilities include ERP-based scheduling, BOM creation for standard and custom products, communicating lead times, and leading weekly S&OP meetings. Strong communication and analytical skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or minimum two years manufacturing experience; precast concrete industry preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills across the organization.
• Experience leading process changes and cross-functional initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Work with Sales, Purchasing, Production and Dispatch to generate daily production schedules.
• Use ERP to schedule and create Bills-of-Materials for standard and custom products.
• Communicate lead times to all levels of the organization.
• Schedule stock and custom products based on capacity, manpower and inventory levels.
• Review Min/Max inventory and adjust based on sales history.
• Coordinate movement of stock with Dispatch and plan site transfers.
• Identify material shortages and mitigate impact.
• Lead weekly sales & operations planning meetings.
