Job summary

Jackson’s Food Company in Wisconsin is seeking a Production Scheduler to translate the Production Plan into a practical schedule for the Operations team, ensuring efficient throughput and on-time delivery.

You will work with the Production Planner and E-commerce to align demand with capacity, monitor progress hour by hour, and adjust plans to meet deadlines while providing analytics through supply chain reports.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school.
• Six months to one year related experience and/or training.
• Experience with ERP systems is required.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with the production planner to schedule production orders.
• Collaborate with the E-commerce team to align inventory needs with the schedule.
• Review customer requests for changes in quantity and delivery dates.
• Ensure adherence to schedules and report progress to the team.
• Develop comprehensive production schedules based on sales orders and forecasts.
• Monitor progress hour by hour and adjust schedules as needed.
